My Client, a music company based in South East London are seeking an experienced Premises Coordinator to start next week Monday.

This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Premises Manager to come in and start immediately with the possibility of the vacancy going permanent!

Please see details below of the responsibilities and duties required for this post.

Duties

Ensure that the premises are kept in line with health & safety regulations.

Repair and maintain the property.

Prepare building for use and secure the building.

Liaise with the local authority and relevant contractors.

Co-ordinate and schedule the hire of Company facilities to third parties.

Responsibilities

To be a registered key holder maintaining links with the security alarm company and the police

To open and close the premises, securing all areas.

To co-ordinate regular fire drills.

To report all breakages to the main office and assist with immediate repair or acquire the services of professionals.

To ensure all areas have sufficient lighting and replace any light bulbs etc.

To keep records of all cleaning materials and order supplies in collaboration with the main office staff.

To supervise the cleaning contractors and ensure that the cleaning schedule relates to the needs of all programmes.

To maintain the grounds, clearing rubbish and overgrowth from the premises.

To do regular security checks in and around the building, including rotation and safety of security tapes/CCTV monitoring.

To contribute and attend internal and external meetings, as required by the Executive Director.

To co-ordinate and supervise all repairs/improvements carried out by external contractors.

To liase with the local authority.

To support the work of the Programme Coordinator as required.

To manage the on-line room booking system.

To prepare and supply details for hire contracts.

To supervise third party client use of facilities to ensure compliance with Health & Safety and adherence to contract terms.

To keep abreast of the required health & safety regulations.

To carry out all duties in accordance with the company’s policy documents and employment contract.

Whats in it for me?

Days of working would be-

Tuesday- 1pm-9pm
Wednesday- 9am-5pm
Thursday- 1pm-9pm

Pay rate £10 - £12 depending on experience.

You must have a enhanced DBS for this role!!!
