Reed Business Support are proud to be recruiting for a bilingual HR Administrator, fluent in both Polish & English. Established for over 40 years, this business is a market leading FMCG / Food company based in Bamber Bridge, Preston.

As the HR Administrator / Translator you will work as part of an in house HR Team who are responsible for hundreds of staff on site. Those with experience in a similar role or those with a background in administration and the ambition to work in HR would find this role incredibly exciting and challenging.


Providing administrative support to the HR team as well as both written and verbal translation you will be responsible for…
• Assisting with recruitment and selection, placing adverts, collating application forms, liaising with managers and attending interviews for translation purposes when required
• Induction of new starters issuing paperwork and ensuring ETW / Right to Work checks are completed
• Setting up new starter personnel files
• Assisting with new starters / leavers, probation reviews, distributing wage slips and providing holiday cover to the HR Assistant
• Providing translation support both verbally and written to the HR team for day to day staff meetings, investigations and disciplinaries


The Successful Candidate Will Be / Have…
• Bi Lingual in both English & Polish
• Administration skills and communication skills with accuracy
• Microsoft Excel and Word skills
• Able to manage and prioritise own work load
• Maintain confidentiality and work with discretion
• A flexible approach to working hours

Offering a salary of £18,000 - £20,000 (depending upon experience) this is a permanent position with working hours of 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday. You will also benefit from on-site free parking, a busy and exciting work environment, the support of a very experienced HR Manager and 31 days holiday (including bank holidays).
