PMO/Project Manager - We are seeking a PMO/Project Manager
This role is to work on a KYC Programme where there are 32,000 different clients in a spreadsheet that need work done by different teams in the bank. This needs to be completed by the end of 2019.

Your responsibilities as a PMO/Project Manager include:

This is a data heavy project which also needs strong scheduling skills to support the team.
Half the role will be focused on running the workstream and supporting the VP Senior Business Change Manager as a Project Manage. The other half will be looking at the more PMO side of the role and working on the tracking of RAID logs etc.
This does require someone who has run a workstream before as you will have the opportunity to take on Project Management tasks. There will be support in this role available from the Programme Manager and the Senior Business Change Manager.
Skills and background for the successful PMO/Project Manager that we are looking for:
Strong MS Office Suite especially PowerPoint and Excel
Previous experience having run one workstream independently
Project Management skillset
Solid PMO background covering all PMO aspects with a focus on Reporting, Risks & Issues, Dependency Management
Excellent communication skills
Organised with a "can do attitude" & flexibility in duties undertaken
Coordinate and facilitate the programme planning activities
Manage communication requirements
Devise and implement new processes and tools and optimize existing ones
Implement and facilitate effective change control, risk, issue, and quality procedures
Collect, assess and report data on how the programme is performing
Previous roles working in a bank.

Desirable:

KYC Experience
Corporate Banking experience
