This role is being offered on a full time fixed term basis until March 2018, with the realistic potential of an extension. The team are in a position to offer flexible working and a thorough induction with one-to-one support to ensure you are confident and competent in your duties.
You will be working alongside other administrators supporting those in the planning and building control team to carry out the administrative duties required when processing, validating and vetting applications. Training on the systems will be given though an understanding of standard computer packages (such as Word and Excel) would be key for this role as you will assist in drafting documents and composing routine correspondence to internal or external customers. Alongside this you may act as the first point of contact and provide a courteous and efficient service to those with general enquiries either via phone or email. Due to the verbal and written communication required in this role the team are seeking someone with strong communication and customer service skills to ensure the standard of the teams work is maintained.

In exchange for their support and training they are seeking individuals who can demonstrate previous administration experience alongside an ability to prioritise a workload and have excellent attention to detail.
