Our client, a well-established Insurance Broker based in Hertfordshire are currently recruiting for a Personal Lines Account Handler to permanently join their expanding team.
The ideal candidate will be required to have previous experience dealing with Household & High Value risks (some SME Experience is desired but not essential). The main duties of this role include, daily administration, renewals, mid-term adjustments, obtaining quotations, providing excellent customer service to existing and new customers, liaise with insurers daily, and provide technical assistance to claims handlers.
The ideal candidate is desired to have at least 2 years experience working within Personal Lines Insurance and the use of Acturis is also required.
