Our local city centre based client are looking to appoint a Personal Assistant to provide PA support to the CEO. This will be a full-time temporary position working Monday to Friday 37 hours per week.
The successful applicant will be required to undertake office management and various administration duties, including coordinating communications activity, in line with their objectives. Plus be able to arrange travel and accommodation on an ad-hoc basis, arranging board meetings and preparing the minutes to be sent out afterwards.
Be able to update and maintain their social media accounts, plus possible assisting with organisation of fundraising events and various other office tasks throughout their small department.
This role requires full confidential disclosure for anyone interested and an ability to be able to proactively work on your own devices, a good understanding of MS Office Word and Excel are required plus a good all round knowledge of Administration and Secretarial tasks.
