You will be expected to promote, develop and deliver analytical and performance functions for the Department for People through the development and delivery of an integrated planning and performance model as well as continuous improvement in the use of performance data and statistical analysis. You will have formal liaison with with senior staff who are responsible for operational and strategic performance monitoring, service development and planning.
The post-holder will need experience and understanding of data analysis, monitoring and reporting preferably within the public health and social care field. You are required to have a good level of education at least to A level or equivalent. You will need good knowledge of MS office packages especially Access and Excel. You must also be able to demonstrate the ability to accurately analyse and present numerical information in a user friendly format. It will support your application if you have previous experience of using databases and spreadsheet applications.
