Focusing purely on Talent and Performance, this role will design, develop, and implement the annual talent and performance cycle. You will liaise with key Stakeholders, reporting back on succession planning and employee development, building constant talent pipelines.
You will be key in supporting employee succession, conducting Performance and talent reviews, working alongside HR Business Partners to implement new performance management processes across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will easily be able to identify key development areas, and work confidently with varying levels of the Snr Leadership Team in order to design strategic Talent Succession Plans that will positively impact the organisation and its growth.
This is a senior level role and will suit someone who is looking specifically to pursue the strategic side of Talent and Succession planning.
