Our client a well-known pension consultancy are currently looking for a New Business Administrator (SIPP/SSAS) to join their Stirling office team.

Main duties:
• To provide an excellent Customer Service to all our clients
• To Set up New Business, process Transfers-In and Illustrations (SIPP and SSAS)
• Participate in any Project Work and Team Meetings
• Ensure that all customer requests are logged and dealt with appropriately
• Provide customers with clear information and documentation when requested
• Actively update Swift plus all relevant databases
• Ensure department procedures are followed at all times
• Actively make recommendations to continually improve the Departments work processes ensuring we constantly strive to deliver an even better service to the customer

Desirable
• At least 1 year in Pensions New Business based environment
• Computer literate in the use of office systems e.g. Word and Excel
