Pension Payroll Administrator | Edinburgh | Temp - full time | £10.00 - £12.00 per hour | Leading Public Sector Organisation

Reed are delighted to be working with an established and highly reputable public sector organisation based in Edinburgh. They are looking for an experienced and confident Pension Payroll Administrator to join their established team on an ongoing temporary basis.

On a daily basis your key roles and responsibilities will be (but not limited to) :

> Manage multiple schemes
> Ensure service level agreements are met
> Investigate and resolves any queries
> Calculation and payment of scheme benefits
> Process starters/leavers, SSP, SMP, P45, P60 etc.
> Complete and process pension application forms
> Process monthly returns
> Maintenance of membership records and other documentation
> Manage payroll related invoices and payments to / from providers
> Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required

Essential skills and experiences:

> Recent and a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a payroll position
> Sound working knowledge of Oracle (or similar system) and MS Office suite
> Strong oral and written communication skills
> Demonstrate the ability to prioritise
> Be a team player
> Demonstrate initiative and be able to work to tight deadlines
> Can do, will do attitude
