My client is looking to expand their team and seeking for an experienced and ambitious Pensions & Investment Administrator in their Horsham team. Ideal candidates will come from a background in pensions.
Provide full administration support to all IPFA advisers
Assist all IPFA advisers with any general queries
Assist the IPFA Operations Manager
That all advisers supply a full compliant file to the administration team before processing any new business
Enter all clients onto the back office system
Submit pension and investments to providers on line.
Chase providers on the progress of business in a timely and effective manner
Ensure all documents held on client files are scanned to INVU or Intelligent Office
Produce ongoing service reports for adviser’s client meetings
Be a first point of contact for the team with any problems that they are unable to assist advisers or providers
Skills / Experience Required:
Previous knowledge of the Financial Services Industry is essential - Especially with Investments, Pensions e.g Personal, GPP or Occupational
FA1 – Life office administration - Financial Services Qualifications desirable
Practical experience with Word, Excel and Database applications
