Reed Accountancy and Finance are delighted to bring to market an exciting opportunity to join a progressive organisation based in Stirling who are looking to recruit a new Payroll Supervisor.
You will be part of a payroll team of 12 and will be given the opportunity to take on new responsibilities as desired in order to develop your skillset while working in a busy environment. You will have experience managing/assisting with the management of a team and of overseeing the end-to-end payroll process.
Assist the Payroll Manager in managing the team
Implement process improvements to the end-to-end payroll process and controls
Processing multiple employers and employee payroll processes on a weekly/fortnightly/monthyl basis
Preparing statutory reports and liaising with management to agree deadlines
Production of P60s and P11Ds
Processing and completing multiple employers and employee payroll schemes
To be successful in this role, you must have a keen eye for detail and accuracy and be able to plan effectively, prioritising your workload as appropriate. Being CIPP qualified would be an advantage as would knowledge of the payroll system Iris. You will be able to demonstrate experience in a high capacity role, and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar position.
