A rapidly growing in Belfast are recruiting for an additional Payroll Team Leader to join their company.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Manage and direct a team of staff; Supervise and delegate the preparation of multiple payrolls; Prepare and reconcile the monthly and weekly payrolls; Implement the processing of annual pay awards and increments; Ensure that all sickness and absence records and reports are actioned; Take ownership of pension administration; Liaise with external auditors and senior third party stakeholders; and ad hoc duties as requested by Senior Management.
 

The Team Leader will be a fundamental player in supporting the strategic objectives of the company. This role will also have a significant input in assisting with the financial management information on payroll costs to inform the cash flow, monitor the spend against budget, and assist with financial reporting.

 

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
Previous experience of team management (+2 years); Strong communication skills; Good IT skills including Outlook, Excel, Word and accounting packages; and Working knowledge of current RoI and UK Payroll legislation.
