My client require a Payroll Specialist to join their team on an ongoing basis. The ideal candidate MUST have strong previous experience in Payroll, with a solid understanding of all areas including Payroll, Pensions and ideally Benefits.
Reporting in to the HR Director, key responsibilities will include:
- Manage the UK payroll services
- Taking the lead on all aspects of payroll and pensions
- First point of call for any discrepancies and issues
- Working alongside finance team to ensure internal and external compliance
- Lead representative for all external compliance queries
- Supporting and delivering projects alongside senior management
