We are actively seeking a Payroll / HR Administrator (Part Time) for a highly reputable company in Mold. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful business on a permanent basis.

The hours of work are 25 per week, Monday to Friday.

The main duties include:

- Processing weekly employee clock cards and input onto computerised timesheets
- Processing starters and leavers and issuing relevant documents
- Maintaining HR System and managing personnel files
- Maintaining an up to date knowledge of HR requirements
- Maintaining templates of all employee related documents
- Controlling annual leave records and monitoring sick leave
- Attending grievance and disciplinary meetings and taking notes
- Reception & administration duties

Our client is looking for someone who has:

- Payroll and HR experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of dealing with confidential matters
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
