A small owner-managed accountancy practice in Bristol are looking for an individual with solid payroll experience to join their growing business.
They have a broad-ranging client base, from sole traders to growing SME’s. With payrolls ranging from 1 to 50 employees.
You’ll be responsible for your portfolio of customers, getting to know local business owners personally and supporting them with ensuring they get their staff paid. You’ll be responsible for all aspects of running a busy payroll bureau, managing the process from end to end
The office is informal, relaxed with a hands-on approach to getting work done.
The role will offer the successful candidate a position with accountability and room for progression and development. You will have a background in payroll, ideally within an accountancy practice environment, or bureau environment.
The successful candidate will be confident, engaging and happy to interact with clients. You’ll be able to spot opportunities, identify where additional services might be needed and make suggestions that can support both the end-user and the ongoing success of the practice.
The office is open, and the team are busy, they will be able to onboard the successful candidate ASAP, however, to support social distancing, 1st stage interviews will be conducted via video conferencing.
