Reed Accountancy are delighted to be working in partnership with a very reputable client within the Not-for-Profit Sector who are currently recruiting for a Payroll Officer on a Permanent basis. This is a Full Time, permanent position based in the Stirlingshire Area, however, remote working is available for the foreseeable future.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- End-to-End Payroll
- Accountable for maintaining systems and processes
- Ensure the timely and accurate payment of staff, HMRC and pension providers
- Provide high quality reporting to the business and external parties
- Administrative duties
It is essential that you have knowledge and experience of basic Payroll processes and legislation and are confident using Microsoft Excel.
The right candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills, the ability to prioritise work, work under pressure, switch between tasks depending on priority, and to operate to tight deadlines. You will have high levels of accuracy, with excellent attention to detail and be highly motivated as well as adaptable.
