Are a well established industry business with an incredible history. This fantastic organisation are recruiting for an experienced Payroll professional, who is interested in a varied and project based role supporting with HR and reporting into the HR Manager.
Please note: This is a full time permanent role, with some flexibility for part time working for the right candidate. It is very important you have your own travel to reach this business
Your new role
Your new role is a varied position involving weekly and monthly payroll, undertaking monthly and year end reconciliations, setting up new starters and leavers, calculating amounts to pay, deduct, overtime, bonuses and allowance, managing queries and enquiries promptly and professionally, as well as supporting with HR duties such as managing attendance, flexi-time, and running reports on sickness & absence data.
Understanding and experience of using SAGE is desired.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to demonstrate at least 3-5 years Payroll experience at the very minimum, and have experience of processing Payroll. HR administration experience is desirable, as is a CIPP or CIPD qualification.
You will be a self starter, organised, open to working on projects, and have a passion for providing an excellent service to your customers within the business. You will have strong moral values with discretion and confidentially at the heart of your work. You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a true all rounder who enjoys variation day to day.
