A new opportunity has arisen within a market-leading security company seeking a Payroll Manager to join their office in Redhill, Surrey. This is a full time, permanent role that is offering a salary range of £38,000 to £45,000.

As the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the organisation's UK payroll function. You will also be required to develop policies and procedures for the payroll process and timekeeping.

Key duties:
- Regulate monthly payroll using ADP for UK sites along with adding new starter payroll information and employee amendments
- Manage end of year reports and be the first point of contact for employee pay queries, tax queries, benefits agency, tax credits etc
- Produce monthly pension report and correspond with the Compensation and Benefits Manager
- Be responsible for holiday accrual calculation and journal
- Ensure that direct reports are trained and evaluated on their knowledge and adherence to the company’s values, Code of Ethics and Conduct, and applicable compliance policies
- Process annual merit increases including backpay calculations if required
- Administer payroll and liaise with external payroll providers for remote locations, including calculation of overtime and responding to payroll queries
- Submit Company Car information to Inland Revenue for tax purposes
- Organise calculations for the company commission scheme and process into the payroll system
- If required, modify payroll and tax equalisation administration and management (for ex-pats earning in both UK and home country)

The ideal candidate for this role will have the following experience:
- Experience of using ADP payroll system
- Experience in managing numerous UK and International payrolls
- At least 5 years experience in a Payroll Manager position is desirable
