My client is currently seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their very busy team.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing monthly and weekly payrolls for employees
• Knowledge of HMRC rules and regulations ie SMP SSP etc
• Use of ESR system, Excel, Word and Outlook on a daily basis to calculate overpayments, maternity breakdowns
• Meeting target deadlines for the monthly and weekly payrolls
• Setting up and completing an assignment set I ensure that new starter assignment sets and supplementary assignment sets are completed and ran correctly within the correct deadlines
• Running various reports via the ESR system
• Advanced knowledge of Excel i.e. V-Look up and formulas and use this to aid my checking and increase productivity.
