Reed Accountancy are now looking to recruit a Payroll Clerk to join our well established client's fast paced finance team. The role will initially be on a temporary basis, however there is an opportunity that this may go permanent for the right candidate.
You will need to have strong knowledge and understanding of Payroll procedures, applicable to a range of situations and able to explain these to members of staff from other departments.
Key duties will include but are not limited to:
- Timesheet collection and processing
- Inputting of all data in to Payroll specific systems
- Manual calculations and adjustments
- Answering queries from other staff members and departments
- Knowledge of NI, Tax, Pensions and other deductions
