Salary - £30,000

Reed Accountancy are pleased to be representing our client in their search for a Payroll and HR Manager.
A prestigious property development & construction company, our client is looking to add an experienced Payroll and HR Manager to their team. Boasting a low staff turnover and a fascinating portfolio of projects, this opportunity has come about due to a retirement in the team and will be on a permanent basis.

The Client

• Based in Manchester in a popular business park

The Role:
• One of 2 potential working timetables, 32 hours Mon-Thurs full time (8:30 – 5:30) or 30 hours Mon-Fri (9:30-4pm)
• Handling the end to end processing of two weekly company payrolls (including the processing of new starters and leavers, pay changes and timesheets)
• Implementation of new HR processes and systems taking over from external methods.
• Managing staff training requirements and maintenance of personnel files

What you will need:
• Experience handling end to end payroll for temporary and permanent staff
• Familiarity with all relevant HR law and process and the ability to set up systems
• The ability to appropriately manage time and prioritise workload with minimal supervision
• Relevant and recent experience with payroll and HR
