A key client of mine is looking to recruit a Payroll & Finance Administrator for their friendly office in Reigate.
They are looking to expand their Head Office team with this newly created Payroll & Finance Administrator position which reports into the HR Manager. With just over 800 employees we require the following experience
- Polite and helpful resolution of telephone queries and requests
- Calculation, checking and data entry related to payroll requests
- * Data entry of P45’s, starter and leaver forms
- * Pension administration queries
- * Pension payments
- * Administration of manual payments
- * Review and validation of pre-commit payroll data using the in-house payroll system and Excel
- * Engagement with employees and stakeholders and providing a high level of customer satisfaction
- * Ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and pensions
- * Delivering a payroll service in line with the companies policy and procedures.
Hours: 9.00am - 5.30pm
