Initially a six month contract you will be responsible for overseeing the payroll function and supporting the benefits programme within the business. Duties will include:
Working closely with the reward team to share knowledge in order to provide the highest quality service to employees.
Overseeing two payrollers looking after a payroll of 1500 employees based in offices over the UK
Overseeing the pensions and auto enrolment
Overseeing the operation of the flexible benefits scheme including the annual renewal and ongoing improvements
This role will require someone with benefits and payroll knowledge ready to hit the ground running, as you will be working remotely for the foreseeable future.
