Payroll Analyst with Dutch

REED are cooperating with an international client who are opening a new Payroll hub here in Prague. They are currenly looking for a Dutch speaker with at least short experience in Payroll previously. 

Key Areas of Responsibility:
• Data in SAP Payroll platform - manual maintenance of the data in SAP
• Communication - with employees, managers, HR, HRS and other customers
• Distribution of the reports and other outputs in accordance with the timeliness and data accuracy
• Delivery of the outputs to the external clients (health insurance companies, social security office, finance authorities etc.)
• Processing of payroll for a particular legal entity
• Maintaining the data in SAP according to the hard copies (sick leave notes, income tax, garnishments)
• Ensure the correctness of the data and legal requirements in SAP


Qualifications:

• Secondary education is a minimum
• Experience in similar position 1-3 years
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch
• Knowledge / work with MS Office
• Detail oriented, ability to remain focused for a long time
• Team player, good communication skills
