I am urgently seeking an experienced payroll administrator to assist a HR manager over a busy period. My client requires someone with previous payroll and HR experience to help deal with queries and payroll administration. The company pay circa 800 staff on a monthly basis via a payroll bureau and you will be the point of contact to deal with the payroll queries that may occur.
Duties will include:
Checking payroll entries before sending to the payroll bureau
Dealing with payroll queries and finding a solution via the payroll bureau
General HR admin including setting up starters and leavers on the system and administering holiday pay
Using an in-house payroll system and maintaining excel spreadsheets
