Reed Accountancy and Finance are recruiting for a Part Time Payroll Administrator on a Temporary contract for 6 months.
You will be responsible for the preparation and processing of the monthly payroll to ensure the correct and prompt payment of employee wages using Sage in keeping with HMRC requirements. Snowdrop Sage would give you a great advantage.
To manage and maintain employee records in line with GDPR requirements to include processing of data relating to all aspects of a payroll database.
To answer colleagues' enquires with regard to all aspects of payroll.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
To pay all employees of BAI UK, PHS and BAI Ireland.
To process Bacs and Inland Revenue transmissions.
To process pensions and monthly payments to pension providers.
To process employee ID Cards.
To process time sheet data (attendance, absence, leave) and follow up queries on the same.
To input joiner and leaver details.
To maintain and produce spreadsheets.
To make and record Statutory payments.
To maintain length of service reports.
The administration of WPA.
To produce holiday accruals for year end.
