Our client we are currently working with is a global company, based in the Crawley area. They are looking for a Payroll specialist to join their payroll team, this candidate must have some knowledge and experience in HR duties. This role is a Fixed term contract of 9 months. Main duties will include:

  • Manages payroll processing system and records month by month
  • resolves quires regarding wages, deductions and time records
  • ensures payroll procedures and policies and complies are followed
  • Identifies, investigates, and resolves any discrepancies with deadlines
  • Must keep confidentiality of employees' pay records at all times
  • Completes payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review
  • HR duties
  • Ad-hoc duties

Candidate must have: 

  • Strong background in Payroll
  • Some experience in HR
  • Good communication skills 
  • experience in Sage or SAP
