We are actively seeking a Payroll Administrator for a highly reputable company in Wrexham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful business on a permanent basis.

The main duties include:

- Collect, compile and enter base payroll data using Time & Attendance record.
- Liaising with shop floor Team Leaders to verify accuracy and completeness of data
- Process new employees, terminations, transfers, promotions, salary increases and pensions
- Process payroll via Sage Payroll software within strict deadlines
- Prepare and print payroll reports of earnings, hours worked, income tax and national insurance
- Investigate and correct payroll discrepancies and errors
- Pay over to the HMRC the PAYE payments via BACS
- Develop, manage and maintain comprehensive payroll records, including attachment of earnings orders and pensions
- Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and guidelines.

Our client is looking for someone who has:

Payroll processing experience
Good communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
