This role is an 18 month Fixed Term Contract to cover someone that is going onto Maternity leave.
The company will be looking for someone to ideally start in April, so they can get a good 3 month hand over period.

The role comprises of 60% Payroll and 40% HR.
Duties as follows:
Transfer nearly 400 weekly PAYE timesheets from one system into Sage via Data entry
Transfer nearly 100 CIS timesheets into sage and Navision
Maintain & update Timesheet portal for users
Maintain update holiday requests
Issue employment contracts for new starters
Set up new starters into payroll and HR systems
Update Van and Co Car allocations into the system
Issue HMRC annual vehicle declarations
Book occupational health renewals and referrals and update records
Issue annual HAVS questionnaires and book referrals and update medical history
Undertake and contribute to HR projects as required
Generate P60 and P11d information
Monthly submissions to HMRC
