To provide fully managed Payroll & Auto Enrolment services; Ensure payrolls are processed; Prepare and maintain reports and spreadsheets Third Parties; Maintain records and process benefits in kind (fleet car values, pensions, bonuses, etc.); Ensure FPS and EPS returns are made to HMRC; Calculate holiday pay in line with client T&C’s; Process and take ownership of all matters relating to SSP, SMP, SPP; and other ad hoc payroll duties as required.
Whilst managing a range of payroll processes for SME’s and Corporations, this role is with an employer that is committed to ensuring their staff are looked after.
As Payroll is a deadline driven profession, the Executive Management have processes and systems in place to ensure that all teams work smart – and not just work hard. The company regularly review their work to ensure continuous improvements are made to benefit their employees’ work/life balance.
Applicants must have at least 2 years’ experience in end-to-end payroll processing; previous experience and/or knowledge of the inner workings of payroll bureaux; and an ability to manage multiple deadlines and portfolios of work.
