What is this role?
Reed are looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join their on-site recruitment account management team based at one of our staff bank clients within the Reed Talent Solutions client portfolio. This is an integral role that will be responsible for the production of payroll files, MI downloads and various other reports. The team deal with around 12,000 shifts per month, so this is a very busy team and this role is vital to the smooth running of the process! The role will cover 5 hospital sites, so you will have the ability to work with various stakeholders across the business.

What are we looking for?
You will need to have strong experience within payroll, billing or credit control and have excellent knowledge of data capture systems to be able to provide information to the client. You will need to have exceptional knowledge of Excel including V-lookups and Pivot Tables and a good grasp on new systems such as payroll and HR management systems.
