This is a temporary to permanent role.  Annual salary of £23K, working hours Monday to Friday, 37.5.

Established company, moving to new premises, offereing excellent benefits and Free Car parking. 

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Payment Processing

Data entry of delivery notes and invoices onto the in house computer system in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure all payments are covered by an official order and details of applications accord with such orders.
Maintain reconciliation reports with suppliers.
Process in-coming post, prioritising urgent matters where appropriate.
Handle telephone enquiries concerning payments.
Maintain an accurate and efficient filing and archive system.
Photocopying, as required.
Assisting Buyers / Surveyors With General Site running duties as required.


Certificates

Correctly process subcontract payment certificates.
Scrutinise payment certificates received from surveyors and ensure they are correct and authorised
Notify surveyors and buyers where there are errors or tax certificates require renewal

Communication

Attend departmental meetings as required.
Ensure all relevant stakeholders are informed of key departmental developments

You must be a strong Administrator, excellent data entry and attention to detail.  Good working knowledge of Microsoft  Excel.
