Part time secretary required for a professional services business in Grayshott on a part-time basis. This will be working 4 x hours a day, Monday - Friday.
Duties of this role will include but not be limited to:
- Answering incoming calls
- Dealing with email enquiries
- Typing reports and documentation
- Bank reconciliations
- Petty cash management
- Dealing with payroll ( 3 x members of staff)
- Supporting team members with ad-hoc requirements
This role would suit someone who has previous experience of working in an environment with sensitive information. Discretion, professionalism and attention to detail are absolutely vital. You will need to sign an NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) and will be subject to a DBS security check. Ideally you will have prior experience of working with Sage accounting software however this is not essential.
Working hours will be Monday - Friday from 9am p- 1pm however there could be some slight flexibility on these as long as they cover 5 x days a week.
