A  Property management Consultancy  with offices in Willesden NW10 are looking for a Property Administrator to support the Property Director . The position pays  £12-£15per hour .  3 full days  9am-6pm
This role requires previous property experience and a strong hand in record keeping. Particularly keen on candidates with excellent systems experience, ideally with implementing systems experience. A strong process driven candidate would be ideal!
In addition to a passion for property & people, the successful applicant must have a:-
Strong work ethic and ability to work without supervision.

Previous property management experience.
Accurate computer skills and experience using property software (preferably CFP / Encore)
Highly organised with ability to handle a number of different issues at one time and carry out tasks to a successful conclusion.
Team player / happy to help with all aspects of the business as and when required.
Clear verbal & written communication skills.
Be resilient, able to remain calm under pressure and work to deadline

Property Administrator
Responsibilities:
Producing tenancy extensions and managing renewals and associated negotiations with all parties.
Daily liaison with tenants, landlords and contractors; dealing enquiries and updates.
Working though the portfolio to conduct mid-term property inspections & reporting findings to landlords.
Post inspections, coordinate with our Maintenance Coordinator about repair / maintenance quotes on behalf of landlords and oversee any approved works.
Updating of specified areas of the property management database ensuring tenant / contractor / landlord compliance with statutory and contractual obligations.
Providing property management advice within area of expertise to existing and potential clients.
Organising gas safety certificates, electrical certificates and EPCs. Arranging inventory check in and out reports.
Any other duties to support the team




Must have experience dealing with property refurbishments, surveyors , building companies, leasehold
