Reed Accountancy are assisting a Leeds based Charity in the search for a Part Time Payroll Officer. The role will pay £19.5k pro rata and will be for 18.5 hours per week. The hours can be worked however you want them to be so it's a great role to fit round your existing commitments.
You will be responsible for:
• Processing monthly payrolls
• Automatic-Enrolment processing
• Management of client Pension Schemes
• Working as part of a team to adhere to strict daily deadlines
• Handling telephone enquiries
• Data entry on spreadsheets and Sage 50
• Weekly and monthly data reporting activities
• PAYE tax & National Insurance related queries
• Supporting the finance manager with other ad-hoc duties as required
