My rapidly growing client are looking for a Part Time Payroll Administrator to join their successful team in the Morecambe area. The role will be between 24 - 30 hours per week and the business offers flexibility to suit the candidates needs.

The successful candidates CV will demonstrate the following:

- Processing the monthly payroll 
- Processing all HR admin including: starters, leavers, SSP, SMP, SPP, AOE 
- Ensuring compliance with auto enrolment for all employees 
- Managing HMRC communications 
- Dealing with expenses 
- Design and implement process improvements 
- Establish and monitor procedures for record keeping 
- Implement changes to improve operational efficiency 

The chosen candidate will:

- Be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge in the end to end payroll process 
- Have strong IT skills with a particular focus on Excel 
- Have excellent organisational skills and the proven ability to meet tight deadlines 
- Have excellent communication skills 
- Have a flexible approach to work 

This role is immediately vacant, however the client is also happy to see people with notice periods.
