My client are a residential property services company who have an excellent reputation.
They are keen to meet an excellent administrator who would like to work on a PART-TIME basis.
You will provide efficient and effective administrative support to the team. To maintain accurate and current data, maintain office stationery and office sundries stock levels, provide secretarial support including dictation and typing, prepare reports, support diary management and direct incoming telephone calls.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
• Comprehensive working knowledge of MS Office package
• Experience of working within a fast paced growing business
• Managing multiple tasks concurrently
• Previous secretarial experience
• Previous Administration Experience
• Experience working in a customer service role.
• Previous experience of managing small tasks/projects to benefit the company/colleagues.
