Hours: 20 hours per week - Monday  - Friday (10am - 2pm) 

Our client in Bath are looking for a temporary, part time HR Administrator to join them ASAP for 1 - 2 months with a possibility that this role could go permanent for the right candidate. 

You will be based in an office environment working alongside a team of HR Administrators, Recruitment and HR Operations Managers. This role would suit someone who is looking to embark on a career within HR and who is proactive, adaptable and a team player. 

List of broad duties:
- Administration of e-recruitment system – e.g. printing recruitment shortlisting/interview panel packs, requesting references, processing basic shortlists/interview arrangements etc.
- Making-up personal folders and filing
- General filing and archiving
- Checking shared mailbox emails and responding accordingly
- Processing interview/relocation expense claims
- Data inputting/administering key processes
- Answering HR Reception/phone
