Working 24.5 hours per week Monday - Wednesday 7 hours and 3/12 hours on Thursdays.
The purpose of this role is to ensure that premium AMR and smart metering data services are delivered in line with customers’ expectations and agreed business processes. Principally this requires the provision of support of sale and service delivery teams, end customers and authorised third parties. The role also requires close engagement with IT teams and external metering agents to investigate and resolve issues.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar role
Strong technical and data analysis skills, including intermediate proficiency in MS Excel

High attention to detail
Experience of managing complex customer queries through to resolution
