A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced Customer Services Advisor to join a reputable south west based organisation on a part-time basis (16 hours per week) for a period of 6 months.




You will be skilled to deliver the outstanding customer service our client expects and meet the new challenges faced within the industry. Performance is a key focus and is managed through the setting and agreeing of personal objectives aligned to company strategy. This role is part of the Operational Customer Services Team providing front line contact with customers to accurately record and resolve operational enquiries and complaints:

Areas of responsibility include:

* Answering all telephone calls and handling email/written enquiries.
* Progressing all enquiries to internal and external customers in a timely fashion.
* Keep customer informed at all stages of any investigation into their problem/issue.
* Cover the business switchboard and reception where required.
* Record all activity promptly and comply with company/industries regulations.
* Process all operational procedures in line with company processes and service level agreements.
* Work with external communications team.
* Participate in customer calls backs and monitor satisfaction surveys.

You will have:

* Experience of working in a customer service environment (telephone based).
* Excellent and efficient verbal, written and face to face communication skills.
* Flexible and approachable with a good attitude.
* Calm and professional manner.

The working hours for this posting are as follows over a rotating 3 week shift pattern:

Monday - OFF
Tuesday - 3pm-8pm
Wednesday – 3pm-8pm
Thursday - OFF
Friday - OFF
Saturday - OFF
Sunday - OFF

Monday – 3pm-8pm
Tuesday – 3pm-8pm
Wednesday - OFF
Thursday - OFF
Friday - OFF
Saturday – 9am-4pm
Sunday – 9am-3pm

Monday - 3pm-8pm
Tuesday - 3pm-8pm
Wednesday - OFF
Thursday - OFF
Friday - OFF
Saturday - 9am-4pm
Sunday - 9am-3pm
