REED Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fantastic company on the outskirts of Bristol who are hoping to add a new Customer Service Specialist to their team on a part time basis (approx. 26 hours per week).
You will support the business by delivering exceptional customer service to their valued customer base and take on a range of duties such as:
- Acting as the first point of contact for a range of customers via phone and email
- Resolving customer queries in a timely manner
- Processing a range of documentation including purchase orders
- Monitoring order progress and handling any queries that may arise
This is an excellent opportunity for a positive, enthusiastic individual with previous experience in a fast paced, customer service environment.
