About the role:
You will have flexible working and will alternate between working in a busy, newly built contact centre and that will have a real buzz and working from home! The company is located within walking distance of Bracknell railway station and the offices are modern and newly furnished, with two gyms and a great cafe literally a stone’s throw away.
You will be dealing with outbound and inbound calls contacting customers who are potentially looking to order a product and may need you to close the sale. The role is paying a basic salary of £18,000 to £20,000 plus great benefits.
The contact centre is open Monday to Sunday 8am - 8pm and you will be required to work for 40 hours per week (yes, you will get breaks!), normally over 5 days, so you‘ll need to be willing to work 2 Saturdays or Sundays a month, which will be rotated.
