Reed Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside one of the UK's growing utilties provider based in Cardiff City Centre. They are currently seeking a number of Customer Service Advisors both full time & part time. 

Successful candidates can expect to have the following duties and responsibilities:-

- Responding to inbound calls from customers with an enquiry across a number of brands related to energy, telecoms and utilties. 

- Responding to emails and contact forms and ensuring a high level of customer service is achieved. 

- Provding technical support across a number of different platforms. 

- Providing administrative support where required in the form of data processing. 

The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate the following skills and capabilities:- 

- Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal. 

- Excellent communication, both written and verbal. 

- Ensuring high standards of compliance are met. 

- Ability to understand technical questions.
