Set in beautiful countryside surroundings near Towcester, with the offices located in a Manor House, an opportunity has arisen for a part-time Credit Administrator to join a highly successful and reputable company.

Job Type: Permanent
Working hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 15:00 (30 hours per week)
Salary: £13,992 per annum
Job Title: Part-Time Credit Administrator




What will the job involve?
- Logging bounced cheques (daily)
- Completing and sending out the bounced cheque report to senior management (weekly)
- Actioning credit card requests from head office and depots (daily) 
- Reconciling credit card spreadsheet and supplying to management
- Reconciling the monthly credit card bill against the daily spreadsheet to charge depots correctly (monthly)
- Completing over-limit report for senior management (monthly)
- Typing and emailing account reviews to depot managers (weekly)
- Updating review changes to the AS400 system to ensure customer accounts are correct (weekly)
- Preparing review lists to send to the credit agency and checking online limits (weekly)
- Preparing and sending out new account letters with terms and conditions to customers (as required)

Given the nature of the positions responsibilities; you will have excellent attention to detail.  A background in different industries are welcomed, however this position may suit someone from a banking/finance administration position previously.
