The Client:
My client is a large international Financial Services company that offers investment solutions and retirement expertise.

They currently have a number of part time vacancies in their Surrey based office within their Client Service’s department, which plays a large part in first line customer care.

My client will need the ideal candidate to commit to EITHER:
• Monday to Friday, 20 hours accross 5 days, 4 hours a day. 10am-2pm shifts OR
• 3 full working days, 21 hours a week, 7 hours a day. Shifts will be between 8am-6pm


The role:
This is a phone based customer service role in which you will be required to respond proactively to resolve incoming telephone queries from both Independent Financial Advisers and direct customers. The role of the department is to provide support and information to customers investing with the company and to assist in resolving any queries; and to actively promote our products and services. Customer interactions can range from transactional, educational, problem-solving, complaint handling and promotional queries.
