My client is looking for an individual that is proactive, efficient, has a great attention to detail, is able to use Excel confidently, is a strong communicator, is friendly and likes a laugh in the office too. Although this is an administrative position, there will be the opportunity to support projects, in mind for it to progress to a more project based role in time.
For the right candidate that has all of the necessary skills, they can be flexible around working hours, but Monday to Friday would be highly desirable. Salary is dependant on experience but it will be in the region of £25 000 pro rata. You'll report into the Operations Manager and day to day duties will include:
- Providing administrative support to 2 offices
- Document formatting
- Reporting with Excel
- Working with IT service providers
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Diary management
- Taking minutes
- Managing contractors timesheets
