Reed are working with a professional services business in Grayshott who are looking to recruit an administrator/accounts assistant on a part-time basis.
Duties of this role will include:
- Answering incoming calls
- Dealing with email enquiries
- Typing reports and documentation
- Bank reconciliations
- Petty cash management
- Dealing with payroll
- Supporting team members with ad-hoc requirements
This role would suit someone who has previous experience of working in an environment with sensitive information. Discretion, professionalism and attention to detail are absolutely vital. The successful applicant will have prior experience of working with Sage accounting software.
Hours will be fixed, most likely 9am-1pm, 5 days per week.
