I'm currently recruiting for a part time administrator for a client in Hampshire. This will be an ongoing temporary role with a view to becoming permanent for the right candidate. The initial working hours will be 15-20 per week however you'll need to have the flexibility to work full time as and when the work load increases.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
Answering the phone
Answering the door and dealing with couriers, logging receipt of any deliveries
Liaising with engineers
Administrator to include typing, filing, post and other duties as required
Other duties as and when required.
This position is looking for someone who has the flexibility to assist other departments and the willingness to learn new tasks as the role progresses.
