Our client based in Hitchin is a bespoke independent organisation recruiting for an Office Receptionist/Administrator. This is a full time vacancy and the hours are 9am – 5.30pm. The salary is £18-20k
- Deal with all incoming phone enquiries
- Answer all incoming email enquiries
- Coordinate the post and parcels
- Liaise with couriers
- Provide Admin support as needed
- Meet and Greet visitors
- Good attention to detail
- Able to think on your feet
- Professional and welcoming
